At CSi Advisory Services, one of our primary roles is seeking to improve retirement outcomes for the plan participants we serve. Plan success can be directly tied to employee engagement. We strive to ensure our plan sponsors and participants understand the retirement plan benefits and strategies that seek to maximize those benefits to achieve their goals. In addition to utilizing plan design features such as automatic enrollment and automatic deferral increases, we help plan sponsors employ a variety of engagement methods. From in person group meetings, one-on-one meetings, personalized gap analysis, webinars to print materials, our experience has shown that different methods work for different clients, and understanding and building relationships may lead to great success.
