Why I Go To Work Everyday?
I really enjoy meeting new people and making a difference in their financial lives by helping them pursue their financial goals. I am very passionate about the financial markets and truly feel that I am a real student of the industry. I love that I can apply my years of experience and knowledge of the industry to help my clients work towards sending their kids to college, retire comfortably, and transition assets to their beneficiaries in a tax efficient manner.
How Did I Get Here?
I started my career in the financial industry working for Salomon Smith Barney in the fall of 1998. During my career, I have had the pleasure to help; not only individuals, but also institutions work towards achieving their financial goals. For the last 15 years I have spent my career working as a financial advisor in the bank environment. I joined CSI Advisory Services in order to further expand my ability to help clients in many different financial areas.
Why I Care About This Industry?
Savings and investments are vital to our financial well-being, and can require the help of a well trained professional to help navigate the volatility we see on a regular basis. I believe the markets can be very complicated or overwhelming for those who do not understand them. I pride myself on being the advisor who educates his clients about their investments to increase knowledge so they have the opportunity to make more well-informed decisions about their assets.
Who I Really Am . . .
Originally from Aurora, Illinois I have lived in Indiana for the past 20 years. I married a native of Indiana who works in the accounting department for Barnes and Thornburg. We have two children together; a son who is in fourth grade, and a daughter who is a senior in college, majoring in Elementary Education. In our spare time we love traveling to watch our daughter play volleyball, or camping out with our son’s Cub Scout pack. I love coaching youth sports, and I am currently a volunteer coach in the Pike Youth Football League.
